Buy to let mortgage advice

No face-to-face appointment is required for mortgage work, unless you would prefer to have one. As an independent mortgage broker we process most mortgage applications entirely based on phone and email conversations, which means less hassle for you, and faster mortgage approvals.

Our Boston Spa-based buy to let mortgage advice service is fast, efficient, and for mortgages over £150,000 is completely free.

We will receive some commission from whichever lender we recommend, if a mortgage application goes ahead, so for larger mortgages we don't need to charge a fee. Our fee structure is as follows:

  • Mortgages over £150,000 = No fee
  • Mortgages between £125,000 and £150,000 = £145 fee
  • Mortgages between £100,000 and £125,000 = £295 fee

Due to time constraints we are sadly currently unable to help with mortgages of less than £100,000.
